If someone has signed up for you and you did not receive the email with the voucher, there was probably a typo in the email at the time of purchase. Confirm with the buyer the e-mail address used. If the purchase was made by writing the wrong e-mail, the buyer should send an e-mail to email@example.com requesting the correction of the e-mail. To be faster, please enter the correct and wrong e-mail, so we will proceed with the change.
